This reply is meant for the ones polarized by products being made off shore.
It really *** that our manufacturing jobs have shipped over seas. I really don't know anyone who likes it. But we have realize that we shop in world market today. New innovations in technology have brought all the borders closer together. The decisions to move these manufacturing jobs aren't patriotic but big business.
I don't dislike China, Mexico, Taiwan, or Korea for having manufacturing jobs that used to be here. I do dislike the ones who made decisions to ship jobs away for more profits rather than survival.

This reply is intended for dish911 or any other independent dealer that may be considering the Starke line.
The difference is in the commitment behind the product. Starke provides us with first class support and a product we can go out and compete with. We feel good about presenting the equipment to our customers because we know the Starke team will provide us with outstanding support. The equipment performs well and has been very reliable.
If you own or manage a business you quickly come to understand that a vendor who provides poor service or products can really make you look bad. And that dish911 is truly your answer. Starke will provide products you can sell with confidence. They are easy to talk too, do business with, and have a concern for their business and yours.
A lot the big brand manufacturers have been chasing the dollar for so long they've lost some focus on striving for excellence. They are failing to be community partners, caring employers for their staff, and good business partners to their customers. And that is the difference. If are considering the Starke line you may call me directly at 859 444 7473. We can talk about your looking for and you may find the product is indeed right for your business.

We are in Maine and have sold a bunch. Our most popular seller is the 5000lb capacity LP with solid tires. We have a customer on the coast in very harsh conditions to say the least. They traded a toyota for a STARKE then the following year they traded there second Toyota for a STARKE. That should tell you alot. They have a bullet proof 3.0 gm engine and more lifting power and torque then you will ever need. We currently have one in our shop and you are more than welcome to come look and try it out.

Starke has only been in the USA for 2 years. Do you want to check your story again. I'm not new at this. If you are going to post and want to spread manure, then you will be recognized for what you are. If you are legitimately interested on how Starke differs from the rest, contact me and I'll welcome you with open arms.

This is my last post in this forum.

I researched prices to purchase several new machines ( capacities between 8000lbs to 15000lbs pneumatic ) and availability of OEM and after market parts of Hyster, Caterpillar and Starke several years ago for a customer of mine and Starke didn't come close.
Except for price, it was right up there with the rest. Mind you the Hyster H100 FT`s that were purchased spent more time in shop for warranty in the first two years then in the yard :(

It's not like the Chinese forklift truck manuafacturers have a reputation for quality....yet. So I think it is fair to question what makes you different. The same is true for the battery desulfation guy. Instead of trying to prove our "misconceptions" false there is a tendency to either go on the defensive or worse yet attack the questioner. That does not help develop interest in any product.

If you are seriously interested in the line...and not just a lurker; I would welcome your call at anytime. You know who I am. I don't know who you are. Once that is established, I will gladly share more information with you. If you are a serious dealer looking to take on the Starke line, feel free to go straight to our dealers and ask them about how they feel about the line.

Ok three quick questions for ya then.
1)Tell me about your dealer network and product support
2) How many North American dealers are there, and how many class 4/5 units were delivered to dealers as rentals and / or retail in the last year.
3) What's the difference between STARKE and say Tailift, or Heli?

Just to be open, I an not attacking, only asking fair questions

Its not the equipment , its how you use it.
Lynn,

I would welcome you to visit us anytime to see how Starke's factories are hand chosen and how we control quality. Less than 1/2 of what is sold in our line is manufacturered in China. Regardless, there are good manufacturers and bad manufacturers in China that have developed a bad name in North America. Feel free to call me as well. I would live to chat with you! 1-877-435-4352, Ext. 224.

Thanks.

Please don't confuse us with the other off-shore companies. Starke is a new and strategic company who does things much differently. I strongly recommend that you contact our existing dealers. I recommend our busiest dealers such as Davis Lift, NC, Complete Lift, KY, Nicholson's, PA, Hartford's, MN, North Bay Warehouse Equip, CA. You can see the complete list of dealers at our website, which I can't list in this forum. Please feel free to call me with any questions.

Thanks.
