Komatsu MWP20F problem

We have problem with pedestrian pallet truck Komatsu MWP20F. When tiller is moved to the right the truck switches off and you need to swith off/on main power.
Where we can get calibration tools for this machine: program les_diag or les33 and COMBI external diagnostic unit that is called U.C.B. 97
