Transporting Crown SP 3200 Series Electric Stockpicker on a trailer

My question is do i engage the tow switch during transport or not. its being transported on a trailer,

you DONT want to engage the tow switch, this is there to release the braking system so the lift can actually be towed if if is out of commision, if i'm not mistaken.
You'll probably want to consider a lowboy trailer if height is a concern.
