TCM FD100ZT

Hi My forklift is a 10 tonne TCM 1991. Is there legislation that requires the forklifts to be out of service at this age.

Me and 1000's more engineers every time we service them. Each flt has to have a yearly inspection (loller in the UK) as long as everything is within tolerance the truck is safe to use for another 12months, but bear in mind older trucks will breakdown more and cost more to maintain

As long as it is suitably repaired and inspected each year it doesn't matter how old it is. I've worked on old lpg hysters from the 1960's that are still in used
