STUCK UP HI

WE HAVE A MODEL B15T-5 AND THE FORKS WILL GO UP BUT WILL NOT COME DOWN. I THINK IT MITE BE THE SOLENOID BUT NOT WELL VERST ON THIS MODEL????

Sounds about right. There is a needle valve on the control valve that can be used to lower the forks. When the forks wont't move is the "fork" light illuminated on the dash display?
