stuck in creep mode

Hey guys. Gotta go on a service call tomorrow for a 102 stuck in creep mode. Researched the manual but didn't really find anything. Any thoughts?

handle adjustment, two possession handle making travel slow when the handle is at < 25% if adjusted correctly!


Truck configured for slow acceleration Check truck configuration.
Battery problems Replace battery with fully-charged good
battery.
Binding drive wheel assembly/drive
motor
Jack and block truck. Check that drive wheel spins freely. If
not, repair or replace.
Binding brake disc Check "Air Gap Adjustment"
Bad drive motor
(may test OK with no load, but fail
under load) or worn brushes
Repair or replace drive motor or brushes

brake adjustment
rabit button does not work
depending on the serial # it may have a bad contactor
wiring harness in the handle
belly button damaged
