Discussion:
steering goes tight

Hi all I have a heli HFB 15 2004..4 wheel zapi

Problem being the truck will get intermittent tight steering

When operating the steering the pump does change note...when the steering goes tight the pump note sounds the same as when under normal load..it's a very simple system but I must admit this problem is giving me a headache..

Is there any pressure points that the pump pressure or orbital can be checked..iv checked king pins and steering ram and links all fine..

Any advice greatly appreciated

Mostly the Orbitrol under the steering has issues, if repairable please repair or replace the Orbitrol and your problem should be sorted out

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
