Yes Bruce,
Situated below but slightly forward of the iskra power unit
but just above the 2 fuses covered by a rubber cover.
Switch the truck of at the key switch, hold the rubber cover switch down, switch the key switch on, the steering will shimmy a few times keep holding the switch down The BDI gauge warning light will momenterally go red then green. Switch the truck of at key switch leave for thirty seconds, Switch truck back on this should now have cured problem.

Hi titus.Ordered and fitted new torque sensor. This now has fixed the juddering motion occuring but the truck is pulling to the right whilst moving. Is there a calibration test that needs to be carried out.Ps there is no fault code showing on dash and yes it is a iskra type.

Hi Bruce,
This truck sounds like it may be the eqivalant of a yale MP20X If it is a stand on and ride powered pallet truck.
There should be fault codes showing in the BDI gauge.
and the truck power unit may be the Iskra type.
The fault you discribe sounds to me to be a faulty torque sensor or a broken pin locating the torque shaft to the large steer gear.

Regards Titus
