Stalls when rabbit is pushed.

Looking for help with problem when rabbit is pushed. The jack stalls. Any help?

First I would check and see if someone disconnected bypass contacts also known as 1a contact if not check contact itself make sure it will close and not stuck or wiring to it broken
Or coil shorted also some of those had a switch at base of handle that if the handle wasn't in correct position it would not engage rabbit
