Linde (& Baker) H30:
Sputters while accelerating

I have a 2015 Linde H30T with a 2.0L VW propane motor, with about 5,200hrs. It sputters on acceleration. If you are giving it light gas pedal it runs fine, if you mash the gas pedal it runs fine (maybe a little slow to accelerate). But say you give it 1/2 throttle it spits and sputters. But when using the electric mast controls it revs up fine also.

So the things I've done. Replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body, no change. I replaced the throttle position sensor, no change, I replaced fuel filter and vaporizer, no change.

The whole time it has never given a check engine light. So I'm hoping someone here can help before I take it into the dealership and let them fix it. We have 6 of these and this one has the lowest hours and none of the others have this issue.
Thanks for any help

Ok I think I fixed it. I took both upper and lower mixers off. I took the lower one (the one that has the butterfly valve in it) and took the side cover off. I was expecting to have a bad gear or it was binding up, but it the gears were good. I cleaned the contact pad on the inside. I put it all back together and it works fine now. Thank God it works, that lower mixer from my local Linde dealer was $3,600USD

I I just remembered I had a photo of that. It is that shape but it did not have the silver piece. It looks like mine has a plug that's flush with the top. But I did take it off and cleaned it with carb cleaner. It had oil residue in it from the crankcase vent tube. Not sure how to post a picture

Does the carb look like that. It's the silver thing on the top.

No follow gas pipe from vaporiser to carb. It's on the carb where the gas goes in

Are you talking about the electric solenoid? I've had that off and replaced the little Cooper disk inside it.

Where the gas enters the mixer there should be an 11mm (7/16 in bananas) valve its got 2 flats on it, try giving that a twist to the left or right.
