speed slow.

I have SPEED problem with Kalmar ECH DCT 80-90.
NO pressure or no power from accelerator pedal when **** to 2nd gear. 1st okay... Also cannot shift to 3rd gear.

Please need help here

unless you have level 2 access you cant you need a kalmar engineer to change these settings in the menu

I have found out that, speed limit was set at 10km/h
How could I change the settings?
