Spark plugs changed, now does not run

in trying to figure out a cylinder miss i found cylinder #4 not firing, I swapped coils with #1. Now 1 and 4 are not firing. I swapped coils with another machine and no difference. I then changed all spark plugs and now all cylinders are not firing?????? HELP
