handle facing you. left side 24 top 51 middle. The right should be 20 top and 50 middle. There is an updated harness and I would recommend putting it in because the numbers are different on the info I have. If you buy the harness request getting the bulletin for installation. I think the wires are tie wrapped together and run in a pair so you may want to try the pairs together with the 50's on the middle spade. Good Luck.

You may also want to make sure the wires are correctly on the switches. If the are backwards it can do some weird things.

Does the handle actuate the switches properly. I did have one that everything checked out but the handle never hit the switch.

Yes sir. There was one broken and one pinched in a previous repair. This fleet is new to me so I don't know much history the previous tech was a "put a bandaid on it " kind of guy. I have 32 p/j s and 15 forklifts. So I got some work to do to get them back right. This one is just giving me fits.

Did you pull the handle assembly off the truck and check where the wires come through?

No binding at all. Does not want to build any speed at all.seems like the motor is bad but does the same thing with known good motor and drive.
