Slow driving speed - code 99 Maint

Yale ERC050RG

I have a Yale ERC50RGN that will not travel @ normal speeds. It moves very slow in all modes (1-4) It will not go into mode 5.

charge is full.

Is there a reset procedure to allow mode 5? Code 99 is shown and the indicator light for maint is blinking.

the slow down is related to the service reminder indicator. you will need someone who can reset the service reminder (the code 99).
