SJIII4626 1 Wheel forward, other reverse

Changed Hydraulic Drive Motor on SJII4626
When trying to go Forward, Original wheel goes Forward, New goes Reverse.
When trying to go Reverse, Original goes Reverse, New goes Forward.

Hoses very stiff and hard to swap.
What is best solution?
