Brand new machine, good battery voltage, lifts fine with one person, however stops at around 7 ft! With the 500lbs in machine, recalibrated lift capacity and tilt sensors, Clift #4 fault??? Any ideas?

Hi Matthew, yep if the calibration was not completed that might do it.
Most programming/calibration routines have a specific way to save at the end of it like turning off the power, usually by pressing the estop or unplugging the battery. Killing the power forces the ecm to save settings.

Thanks swoop guess they said I didn't finish recalibrating all the way but If your willing I wouldn't mind sharing Emails with you...I have 25 years of experience with everything from Skyjack and all lifts, NILFISK scrubbers, actually too much to list but currently a Toyota certified forklift road technician but you seem to know a lot also...up to you...My work Email is [email address removed]
Thanks, it's odd, sounds out at 7' but if you let handle return to center, then try again it allows to go all the way up. I'm away from work for a couple weeks helping my wife out with her back surgery, but if not figured out when I get back, I will reach out again
got a serial number?
if it is brand new it's a MEWP standard machine with the zapi system.
if it's a fault related to overweight then it should say that in the fault and sound an alarm and only allow it to lower.
Of course i'm not 100% sure w/o a serial number to verify.
