how can i enable side-shift function on my easi reach?

i put a side -shift ,2 solenoid valve,wire.Side-shift
button on joystick test ok in input test and solenoid activate in output test,but not work in normal mode.
there is an option to activate the function in superword mode or a jumper on system card?

yes,all ,side-shift solenoid,wire.

the first question would be is if your truck has a carriage equipped with the side shift hardware.
