Aisle-Master 33NE:
Service and OEM pass code

Hi all. I'm working on a aisle master 33NE. The wrench light is on and I need the service and or the OEM pass code so to access the display analyzer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Turn the keyswitch On.
Pull out the floor inspection plate and rotate to get access to the controllers plugs.
Connect your Curtis handheld or laptop with Curtis software to the Traction controllers plug.
Go to Parameters > Combi AM Master > Hourmeter Settings > Maintenance Settings.
Change the "Reset Maintenance" to On. (When you change this parameter, it will toggle to On momentarily then switch Off again).
Turn the keyswitch Off.
Disconnect the Curtis handheld or laptop.
Wait at least 5 seconds before keying back On.
If the service light turned Off then the procedure has been completed correctly.

Any issues please go to the web site (BLey has shared these already... Thank you Appreciated). Hope this helps.

Thank you for the reply. I do have the Curtis handset but there are no current codes. I deleted the history on both lift and travel motor controllers also. This unit has an onboard analyzer that requires a 4 digit pass code to access the " Engage" system.

I believe you will need a curtis controller handset or laptop cord and software with at least dealer access to reset or change the maintenance light/interval.

Or if you need any help from Combilift (AisleMaster) just go to thier web site either click the link to technical help (scroll to the bottom and select "Technical Support", or you can use the chat bot and it will point you in the correct direction.
