you need the EV100LX analyzer handset
they sell them on ebay
not cheap but you can program a new card with it if you have to replace it
try a tvh dealer too

you should have battery volts at the coils positives (wire 15) when the seat sw , brake sw (pedal released), and accelerator switch is closed

after the coils the negative path to ground is through the card on pb4 (wire 27 forward) and pb5 (wire 23 reverse)

try cleaning the plugs with nonconductive electrical parts cleaner

but it will help a lot to know the code
