Discussion:
SCALE ACCESSORY

Hi, this model has a built in scale feature to measure the weight of the load. For some reason, this function has stopped. Is there a way to reset it to get it going again?

It would either be in the service manual in the electrical section. Otherwise enter the service menu go to calibration and scroll till you find the height switch calibrations. The menu will walk you through what you need to do.

Hi Tommy, thanks for the suggestion. Do you have a lead on how I would find the instructions to do this procedure?

Have you tried recalibration the sensors in the service menu? If it is having trouble figuring out the heights that can solve the issue. Sometimes when the height sensors are not calibrated correctly the weight measurement turns off.

As a novice, hard to see what exactly the transducer looks like. can see a hydraulic connection to the cylinder, but no wires attached there. also noticing that the height gauge goes from nothing to 79" at a raised height of maybe 70" , stays at 79 regardless of how high the forks are raised, but then lowering past the actual 70" mark, the 79 disappears. so both the weight and the height measurements are affected. any other suggestions?

Check the pressure transducer, believe it is on the tilt cylinder. Could be bad or the wires just got skinned by product.
