sacsr30t swing reach raymond

I have a swing reach that will not reach out at times and when it does will not retract. Almost everything has been replaced with no luck. Can anyone shed some light. Thanks

What is the the position of the forks on the display? The rotate position potentiometer can cause it to react like you describe. Run learn on the carriage.
