Discussion:
Running Rich

Good Day,
Have a 30L-7A that runs rich when first started, will not build up any power to climb up small ramp at customers store, check engine light is on. is there any way to read the codes with out having to plug into the machine? i suspect the temp sensor may be the issue however, i do not really know location or specs for testing. A few other companies in town here have tried to troubleshoot this unit and have changed numerous parts but no luck and customer is getting frustrated. I'm a hyster/yale guy so Hyundai is new to me. If some-one can advise some info, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You need check the oxigen sensores, but you need factory diagnostic and hook on.
Sometimes the EPR is gone and EPR is stuck and flow the gas to the mixer...same than Hyster system, (psi).

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
