I really appreciate all the good feed back on this, I believe this will help me alot, everyone have a great day and again thank everyone
look on the injectors and see if they have a yellow dot painted on them. There is a service gram out about an injector update, the old ones were bad about sticking because of the propylene build up from the LP Fuel. The new injectors with the yellow dot on top were made with teflon internal parts to help stop this from occurring.

also found a 2nd service gram about the injector body screen found under a plate on top of the injector body on some later models and the earlier models it was underneath the fuel pressure sensor. This service gram dealt with specifically hard starting and poor performance.
Remove the injector body and remove the sensor or cover and then look inside the hole. There should be a small screen held in by a clip. Remove the clip and screen and clean it. DO NOT leave this screen out and never poke a hole in it.
On early models the pressure sensor is mounted on top of the injector holder, the screen is under there, on later models they changed the injector holder and there is an oblong looking plate with 2 screws, some were mounted on top, on the dual injector body it is located on one end, remove the plate and the filter is down inside there.
Once cleaned reinstall it and reassemble.
Here in Quebec when its below freezing temp, we have to put a engine block heater or circulator to heat up fuel vaporizer.
Also make sure you have a bright blue strong ignition spark- weak spark can cause starting & running issues
Thanks for the info. It is a TB45. I have checked the regulator for impurities and tar. Regulator is clean. I will remove the drive shaft and see if that makes a difference in the runnability. I overlooked that possibility.
hi roaddawq is the unit a tb45 engine ? if so I will tell you about a similar experience with the same sort of fault which for some time was a puzzle it turned out that the unit had the same symptoms that you have and after trying all sorts of remedies it turned out that the hydraulic pump connected to front pulley was seizing up slowly and not allowing the engine to start and run properly.
maybe this will help if its the same engine!!!!
pull the injector and see if its gummed up any.
pull the drain plug from the converter/regulator and see if you get anything out of it.
clean them with a solvent that is fast drying (NOT brakecleaner)
electric motor or contact cleaner works ok
