RSS40 runs sometimes and sometimes not!!

any ideas why i can be using rss40 let it set 10-20 minutes and it will not move only lift then turn key off leave set hr or so and wala it runs again

I would think that would cause a continuous problem not a intermittent problem. But I'm glad it's working for you

turned out switch right below steer handle with 3-4 wires was wired improperly!!!

I always replace the main motor contactor in the Rss40 lifts. The contacts inside of them start to get dirty and you'll get the occasional welded contact error.
I get the White Rodgers 120-904 24 volt contactor off eBay for around $25

when u pull handle down and here a click u know its gonna go. when there is no click u know u are stuck for awhile
