Have one of these with a side-shift function that jams up on occasion, its also regularly giving codes C016 and C025, any ideas?

From the error codes this will be a RRE 160M not a RRE.

C016 = Accelerator pedal activated at start up.

C025 = General CAN BUS error - check the error log for the code that is causing it.

Sideshift mast cable normally breaks on these, unplug it at both ends ( remove the reach carriage covers, plug is in the front left hand corner & other is under the fork carriage ) & test the 3 wires for continuity between both plugs, wires are numbered with tags, also there are 2 repair wires spare in the loom.

When the C016 fault appears watch the dash display, is the truck going through the start up check?

I have had the keypad plug come loose before where operators like to fiddle with things, simply locking the plug back in to the keypad cured it.

On the older Reflex it was always the ignition barrel terminals coming loose, new barrel cured it on those.
