Discussion:
Rough idle and throttle response

I have a unit 8fgcu25 17k hours throwing a A06-3 code. I have very very minimal throttle response and a very tough idle. I've been through all opens relays and fuses. I Had to walk away from it to think a little more. Starting to lean towards a clogged evap or stuck throttle body. But would it code if the throttle motor could not function because of fuel restrictions?

A dirty vaporizer won't code. Check pot signal from pedal , harness , back to fuse panel. It's a voltage issue. Make sure you check voltages thru fuses not just ohms. The governor, to pedal wiring is what you should check. All loops to ecu. Follow code specs and make sure your Ecuador's signal wire for the pot isn't broken. And all ecu fuses are new.
