A dirty vaporizer won't code. Check pot signal from pedal , harness , back to fuse panel. It's a voltage issue. Make sure you check voltages thru fuses not just ohms. The governor, to pedal wiring is what you should check. All loops to ecu. Follow code specs and make sure your Ecuador's signal wire for the pot isn't broken. And all ecu fuses are new.
