RAS - Raise switch
TLT - Tilt fwd switch
TBS - Tilt back switch
CAN_H - CAN High line, this is how the access units communicate
CAN_L - CAN Low line, paired with CAN_H for comms
BRES - Battery Restraint switch
TLMS - Mmm...possibly Tilt limit switch
SV1 & SV2- Solenoid Valve 1 & 2, electrical/hydraulic proportional valves
K1 & K2 - Relays, probably on the distribution board for the keyswitch startup/latch circuit.

Contactors/coils/solenoids are driven by the controllers so 24v is fine.

I keep editing this as I reread your original post. So this can't be from an SC4000 as that was pure DC. The Sc4500 had dual motor AC drive but still DC lift. I'm trying to get an idea of what you have got as I didn't think the SC range came in a 48v configuration. Its most likely you have an FC4500 setup as that has a large single AC drive motor and Access controllers and is 48v. There should be a rating plate on the motor and part numbers on the controllers? I beleive its a 10KW motor which is going to be an issue.
