He needs to find wire number 345 from the meter print board connector it is a red with yellow strip wire that feeds direct to the cell sensor.....being that its a single wire i am thinking it is a ground wire that is open when cell is full with water,then grounding when low...the wire he says isnt there so must of been unhooked at some point,find the wire as it is probaly touching ground causing the code....
