Hello, I have a Mitsubishi with the electronic governor and Cobra Impco regulator. The Vacuum switch is unplugged currently. I don't know how the vacuum lines are supposed to be attached. The issue is when you start the lift it idles at about 1800 rpm. As soon as it is put in gear, it down where it should be as long as it is turned on. As soon as you turn the lift off, it idles high and does the process over. The controller in the back of the lift along the counterweight has a vacuum line which doesn't push or pull vacuum. As soon as I apply the vacuum line to the vacuum switch the lift completes bogs down. Any help on vacuum would be appreciated.
