Hello,

I have just purchased a Yale Forklift and have no idea what age or model it is. As a newbie to this forum I will have to find my way around, but if anyone can help me identify it, that might help me in the repair process. Currently it needs some TLC, it doesnt select gears, has no brakes and the steering is vague (to say the least).

I do like a project, so this weekend should be the begining of an interesting restoration.

Here's a link to a picture, I just have to work out how to add more of them.

http://www dot forkliftaction dot com/upload/forum/YALE-McCormick dot JPG (just replace all three "dot"s with a ".")

Any help on identification appreciated, happy to answer any questions put to me.

Regards,

Steve.

Fact of the week
The dot-com bubble, a period of large and rapid investments in internet-based companies, peaked in 2000 and saw the Nasdaq Composite index rise by 579%. Then the bubble imploded. As the value of tech stocks plummeted, cash-strapped internet start-ups became worthless and collapsed.
