Turn key to first position red power LED on the display circuit board turns ON this is ok.Turn key to second position red CPU LED should be flashing but this does not always happen, and even though this does not come ON there are occasions when the main contactor will operate because the main control CPU will come on regardless of the display not being ON. I think i have checked every connection without solving this problem. CAN ANYONE HELP WITH A SUGGESTION TO FIX THIS ISSUE. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS MESSAGE. CHEERS
