SRO fault, basically improper start sequence. It thinks your hands are on the controls when you turn on, the foot switches aren't working, the gates are open (if it is that only operates when the gates are closed) or the base/platform switch is in the base position.

My advice would be to check the base/platform switch first, most people change it when trying to get the brakes off to push the machine.
