I received an official letter from Linde Material Handling supply in Singapore. It states that the mention trucks are not classified as MEWP. Hence it do not required to undergo local PE regulation to perform load test and visual inspection. I am not convince as we use to do it for past few years. I do not want to have non-compliance decision making. Seek someone help to advise.
