For Hyster 3.0 FT, L177 i guess... the code 190-2 is about :

DTC 190-2 - Engine RPM Sensor Output Is Less Than Engine Speed

By the way, what is the engine of your truck. Because the code could be different if the engine is a MAZDA or a CUMMINS.
