there are 2 types of "E" error. either its flashing or not.

if not flashing the possible cause is key switch turned on while direction lever was left either in forward or reverse position. key switch turned on while accelerator pedal depressed. Faulty direction lever, faulty accelerator pedal, faulty logic card.
Before you turn on the vehicle the direction lever should be in neutral. accelerator pedal should be also in neutral.

If Flashing "E"
Possible cause is operator is not seated. Faulty seat switch. Faulty logic card. Check seat switch. most of the time the seat switch is the problem.

im not sure with the "L47" error code. all i have is Error code 47.
witch is Wire breakage in right motor, Faulty CSI sensor, Faulty logic card.

hope this info would help you.
