I have a CAT C3000 and i am getting the codes P3, P4, and P7. So there is no communication at the VCM, ECM, or MP. I am getting the LED Blinking on the back of the VCM, and it was the letter B confirming the codes on the dash. Was the fix a combination of a new ECM and harness? Any help would be appreciated.
