Thanks for the advice Brewski! The unit had another code this morning as well: 2000-12. Could this be related to the other codes? Were having issues with the service company we use as to whether this is warrantied, the did a lot of electrical work a few months ago to this unit, unfortunately they have a bunch of part swappers instead of techs there which has cost us a lot of time and money, I'm trying to get a good idea of where to point them when they get here unless it's something I can fix myself.
