Software might not be latest package version even at just 3 months old.
RRE 200 - what lift height are they as there is a choice of 2 different mast specs.
Its very rare I see error 2:004, normally only see it during the software package update process.
Are the driver parameters unlocked on these RRE's?
Id advise your customer to feed back his concerns about the workman ship on the repairs carried out to his 7 series trucks so it can be investigated.
