Is somebody using an older BT can service key OR Truckcom on these trucks?

If there still under warranty then they should be on software package version ending XXXXXXX - 010, if there not get the Toyota engineer to update the software on the next visit.

What capacity spec RRE is it?
What broke on the wheel?
What piston broke & what actually broke on it?

Ive seen a reach ram internal threaded rod snapped but that was caused be operator error & heavy impact damage.

Might be an idea for the owner to escalate the repeated issues to a complaint so it can be investigated higher up.

BT Toyota always encourage there engineers to feedback on any quality / build / software concerns they see / have so they can be investigated & then eliminated.
