Ill repeat what ive said in the past.

Looked after RRE's since they where launched, when they first came out yes there was issues with them.

The issues where sorted out quickly & now the RRE has proven itself to be a **** good reliable reach truck, I very rarely get RRE in to the workshop unless its service time, wheel or some form of customer damage - ive got some RRE from first year of production with 15k+ hours on & newer ones as well on my patch.

Roibeard - List the faults you are having here & I will happily raise them with BT technical services for you.
