Code 23 is a posible contactor code. Check coil resistance, should be between 10-15 ohm. Recheck wiring to coils and from coils to card (wires#23 and # 27) to B plug on Card. Contactor tips on F&R contact assy that have high voltage drop across them can cause Code 23 or 24. Code 53 can be caused by tips also during plugging.
