it happens only in startup. our units are programmed to shut off after being idle for 5 minutes, so startup during the day happens a lot. the switch harness has been replaced. the switches are not out of sequence, since the handle is up, the switches are open. the bushings in the tiller arm are good. that's why this issue has me baffled. everything is where it should be, and only intermittently, it shows an SRO code when unit is started. once it is able to go through the startup process, the unit runs fine.
