In the USA we have OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act and the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) that is driven to do that. Wonder what agencies, regulations countries like Brazil, Mexico China, India, etc. have to help make a better place for all.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
