It's not an expensive fix for VW on their cars...$335 US to add a AdBlue urea injection tank.....install the kit and Bob's you're uncle!
emmmissions (for the Welsh grammar critic above:) are now under control.
There will be no funeral for Diesel engines because some pencil pusher at VW went against the engineers and opted to save $335 a car.
Bosch warned VW Engineers that the software was illegal, but, the environment took a back seat, in the name of profit.
It would be nice to see Adblue urea injection added to ALL diesels!
The cost is insignificant compared to the benefit to our lungs!
