I have a better electric with an intermittent steering problem. Every now and then, the steering cuts out. You can still turn the steering wheel easily, like nothing is wrong, except the wheels do not turn. I have resealed the orbital, but didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in there, to my eyes. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
