My forklift won't shift into forward or reverse after it gets warmed up. If I let it set overnight I can shift it the next day for a few minutes before it gets goes into a neutral state.
When it goes into a neutral state you can give it gas in forward or reverse and it just sits. My trans fluid seems to be full according to the dipstick.
When this problem started I could let it sit and after a while continue working for a while. It's continued to get worse until now it doesn't work at all
