Hi everyone, I've got a problem with a power control unit for tracking a liftcar. There is a problem of 2 parallel TSM 002(power transistors, I do not know parameters Uds,Ids,P ) for a motor - after running forward or back (not loaded) ,everything is ok, speed is ok, after pushing another liftcar(simulating loaded car) for some time ,transistors are broken.
(crossing Drain-Gate is destroyed, but no short circuit, no short circuit between D-S as well).A driver for TSM002 is a small board (the same like a driver for hydraulic motor with 2 TSM as well. (only combination is different TSM002+TSM001). Could anyone tell me what problem it could be? Thank you guys.
