Just wanted to drop you a note on the status... and stress how much we appreciate your suggestions! You hit a "home run"... I asked the tech to double check the radiator for flow... and found it was 'plugged' partially. After quite an effort at cleaning, it is running fine!! The operator says it is totally back to normal.
Many thanks for those suggestions! We definitely "Owe You One"... the tech had overlook a simple solution...
