You would of thought this would have happened but nothing has happened yet. So i think if they don't buy them this year it won't happen at all. IF NACCO goes some were else this would give both companies a problem if Briggs don't like the new owner as they control so much of NACCO product in North America where over 70% of NACCO sales are.
Briggs owner can afford NACCO with out a problem it is do they really want to take on a manufacturing business. I can see another manufacture buying NACCO if Briggs don't i think what will happen bean to long now for Briggs to buy NACCO. Is some one else will come in with a offer this might then force Briggs hand
